Private Coaching

Supplementary to technique classes, private coaching sessions gives both teacher and student the opportunity to pin point certain aspects of their training to focus on. These sessions include conditioning, stretching and strengthening exercises to improve overall muscle tone, flexibility and body awareness. Our competitive dancers must commit to a minimum of once a week private coaching to maintain consistency and steady progress.
